* Inspect all boxes at time of delivery; if boxes look tampered
with, count total pieces and review your packing slip.
* Inspect all garments upon receipt. Immediately call customer
service for any discrepancies such as shortages, damaged or
incorrect merchandise within 3 days of receipt of goods.
* Exchanges only, NO REFUNDS. No exchanges after 30 days
of receipt of goods, or if garments have been washed or worn.
* Please include a copy of the packaging list/invoice with
all returned merchandise.
* All retailers send in $7.50 for shipping costs on exchanges.
* More than 10 items returned will have a 10% restocking
fee.
* Customer is responsible for all freight charges.
